As Pakistan’s national authority on weather forecasting and early warning systems, PMD plays a vital role in disaster preparedness. Under IFRAP, it is modernizing its infrastructure, data management, and forecasting systems to enhance climate resilience and improve the accuracy of weather services nationwide.
HRU leads the Resilient Housing Reconstruction and Restoration component, providing multi-hazard resilient housing solutions. It manages housing reconstruction grants, ensures compliance with resilience standards, and offers technical support to homeowners to build safer and more durable homes.
FPMU provides strategic oversight and ensures the effective implementation of IFRAP. Serving as a coordination hub, it drives project management, quality assurance, policy development, and institutional capacity building while supporting all implementation units in achieving project goals.

BRSP is supporting the on-ground execution of IFRAP initiatives in three districts of Balochistan which include Jhal Magsi, Usta Muhammad, and Sohbatpur.
Islamic Relief Pakistan is supporting the on-ground execution of IFRAP initiatives in two districts of Balochistan which include Naseerabad and Jaffarabad.
NRSP is supporting the on-ground execution of IFRAP initiatives in eleven districts of Balochistan which include Kalat, Kharan, Khuzdar, Mastung, Nushki, Surab, Washuk, Awaran, Gwadar, Lasbela, and Panjgur.
Tameer-e-Khalaq Foundation is supporting the on-ground execution of IFRAP initiatives in four districts of Balochistan which include Barkhan, Dera Bugti, Kohlu, and Musakhel.
